Blake Harrington — Founder, Juniper Developers

Blake Harrington

Founder & Principal

A San Antonio native, Blake founded Juniper Developers in 2025, drawing on more than 15 years of experience in single-family community development and a family history in homebuilding that spans four generations.

Blake began his career with a private development firm before joining PulteGroup as an acquisition manager, eventually leading land operations for the San Antonio Division. From 2018 to 2024, he served as VP of Land Acquisition and Development at Ashton Woods / Starlight Homes, where he oversaw land operations and secured more than 10,000 lots.

He specializes in underwriting complex deals, navigating jurisdictional hurdles, and putting lots on the ground. Blake holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
